The ancestor of Tantra, and of most forms of yoga taught in the USA, is Hatha Yoga. Yoga (including the physical poses, and the attention to energy and spirit) is integral to Tantra. I found that as I was raising energy in Tantra practice, especially sexual practice, if I didn't deliberately open my muscles (increasing flexibility and stamina) and clear the pathways for energy to flow, I would feel wasted or exhausted for several days, very much like a "weekend athlete" doing too much.
Yoga isn't just bending in poses that only "super-flexible women" can do. You can use your muscles in poses, and even to get into poses. (Learn how with a good instructor; yoga is not about pushing past your limits but about expanding your abilities; you should never have Any injuries in yoga.) The stretches that many athletes do are similar or identical to yoga stretches; and look at how lean and muscular many yoga practitioners are!
Some of these DVDs are Yoga, some combine Yoga and Tantra. All are good for your body, and will improve your Tantric practice.
